  5. Because I Wake Up at 5 AM Every Single Day

Made Caponata this morning, and Breakfast Burgers using pastured pork w/c J loved! :D Worth waking up early for.

For Breakfast Burgers, I used 500 grams of pastured pork, a teaspoon each of rosemary, thyme and cayenne, a bit of garlic, a splash of fish sauce, and salt and pepper.

For Caponata, I used 2 white onions, 4 tomatoes, 1 large zucchini, bit of bone broth, salt and pepper, and a tablespoon of cane vinegar.

    So good :D

  6. Husband’s Breakfast: Salmon Poached in Silvaner

My first time to poach fish!  Not really pretty to look at since I suck at plating :D  Good, though!

  7. Paleo Batch Cooking: Lamb in Barolo

Fall off the bone!  I ended up shredding the meat and mashing the carrots since it’s easier to portion up everything this way ~ plus it makes for a thicker sauce!  So good.

Thank goodness I still have leftover wine to drink :D

  8. Badly Needed Comfort Food: Beef Stew, Filipino Style

Had stewed vegetables on the side.

    And Australian wine. Yum.

Cafe Juanita is located in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

  9. My Breakfast: Grass-Fed Beef Liver, Venetian Style

  10. Paleo Batch Cooking: Spanish Chilindron Stew

Used lamb I got on discount and some yummy Schioppettino. Italian wine is plain love!
